About AmalKit

AmalKit is a free set of Islamic tools and guides in clear English: prayer times, the Quran with audio, duas, zakat and inheritance calculators, Ramadan calendars and step by step guides to salah, wudu and more. Every tool works in your browser, with no sign-up.

Who makes it

AmalKit is a project by Amariq LLC, made with the team behind Hedayatul Quran, the online madrasah.

How we write about the deen

• Every claim has a source. Ayat, hadith and scholarly opinions are cited so you can check them yourself. Weak reports are labelled weak.
• Hanafi first, every madhhab shown. We give the Hanafi position first. Where the Shafi'i, Maliki and Hanbali schools differ, their views sit right beside it.
• Reviewed by scholars. The scholars on our team review every guide and every tool that touches a ruling. Until they have, the page says so.

Free to use

AmalKit is free, and we plan to fund it with advertising. Your location and the numbers you type into a calculator stay on your device. Our privacy policy explains the details.
