Allāhumma aslamtu wajhī ilayk, wa fawwaḍtu amrī ilayk, wa aljaʾtu ẓahrī ilayk, raghbatan wa rahbatan ilayk, lā maljaʾa wa lā manjā minka illā ilayk. Allāhumma āmantu bi-kitābikal-ladhī anzalt, wa bi-nabiyyikal-ladhī arsalt
O Allah, I submit my face to You, entrust my affairs to You and rest my back on You, in hope and in awe of You. There is no refuge and no escape from You except to You. O Allah, I believe in Your Book which You revealed and in Your Prophet whom You sent. (Make these your last words before sleep.)

Guide
The night dua most people learn first is Bismika Allahumma amutu wa ahya, said as you lie down. The Prophet ﷺ also taught a longer dua for night time, to be the last words you say before sleep, and a set of sunnah acts for bedtime.
Make wudu, lie on your right side with your right hand under your cheek, recite Ayat al-Kursi, blow into your hands after reciting Al-Ikhlas, Al-Falaq and An-Nas and wipe them over your body three times, then say Subhanallah 33 times, Alhamdulillah 33 times and Allahu akbar 34 times.1
The Prophet ﷺ told al-Bara ibn Azib that if he said Dua 3 and died that night, he would die upon the fitrah, so make it the last thing you say.2 If you wake in the night, the dua for waking at night is on the waking up page.
