Prophets asked Allah for righteous children, and their duas are in the Quran.
هُنَالِكَ دَعَا زَكَرِيَّا رَبَّهُۥ ۖ قَالَ رَبِّ هَبْ لِى مِن لَّدُنكَ ذُرِّيَّةًۭ طَيِّبَةً ۖ إِنَّكَ سَمِيعُ ٱلدُّعَآءِ
Rabbi hab lī mil-ladunka dhurriyyatan ṭayyibah, innaka samīʿud-duʿāʾ
My Lord, grant me from Yourself good offspring. Indeed, You are the Hearer of prayer. (The dua of Zakariyya)
Quran 3:38
رَبِّ هَبْ لِى مِنَ ٱلصَّٰلِحِينَ
Rabbi hab lī minaṣ-ṣāliḥīn
My Lord, grant me a righteous child. (The dua of Ibrahim)
Quran 37:100
رَبِّ ٱجْعَلْنِى مُقِيمَ ٱلصَّلَوٰةِ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّتِى ۚ رَبَّنَا وَتَقَبَّلْ دُعَآءِ
Rabbij-ʿalnī muqīmaṣ-ṣalāti wa min dhurriyyatī, rabbanā wa taqabbal duʿāʾ
My Lord, make me one who keeps up the prayer, and my descendants too. Our Lord, accept my prayer.
