Guide
Eid Mubarak (عِيدٌ مُبَارَكٌ) means "a blessed Eid". It is the greeting Muslims send on Eid al-Fitr, at the end of Ramadan, and on Eid al-Adha, in the days of Hajj. Use the card maker above to put it in Arabic and English on a card with your names, then send it on the morning of Eid.
When the Companions of the Prophet ﷺ met each other on the day of Eid, they said taqabbal Allahu minna wa minkum, "may Allah accept from us and from you" (reported by Jubayr ibn Nufayr; Ibn Hajar graded its chain hasan). It is a dua that Allah accepts the fasting, the prayers and the sacrifice, which is what matters most after a season of worship. Choose it in the Greeting box for a card that carries the Companions' words. Many people write both: "Eid Mubarak, taqabbal Allahu minna wa minkum".
Greeting one another on Eid with taqabbal Allahu minna wa minkum is permitted and good. Ibn Abidin records that later Hanafi scholars held it to be recommended, since it is reported from the Companions, and that the same applies to other good greetings such as Eid Mubarak.

Tap "Use on the card" to put a message on your card, then change it as you like.
Return the greeting with the same or better (Quran 4:86). Good replies are taqabbal Allahu minna wa minkum, "Eid Mubarak to you too", or, in Arabic, wa antum bi-khayr ("and may you be well too") when someone says kullu am wa antum bi-khayr. The full list is on Eid Mubarak: meaning and replies.

Yes. Choose Eid al-Adha in the Occasion box. The headline changes to Eid al-Adha Mubarak, and you can pick the Companions' greeting too.
A blessed Eid. Mubarak comes from barakah, blessing.
The Companions said taqabbal Allahu minna wa minkum, may Allah accept from us and from you. Eid Mubarak is a later custom with a good meaning, and both are fine.
It is expected on Tuesday 9 or Wednesday 10 March 2027, depending on the moon sighting where you live.
