Short answer
No. A bangle is a bracelet, and in the Hanafi school a man's only permitted jewellery is a silver ring, so steel, silver or gold bangles are not allowed for men. The kada (kara) is also one of the religious articles of Sikhism, which adds the problem of wearing another faith's symbol. The four schools agree that men may not wear bracelets as adornment.
Bracelets and bangles are women's adornment, so a man wearing one is imitating women, which is makruh tahrimi. A kada worn as a Sikh religious article is a symbol of another faith, which is haram for a Muslim to adopt.
The four schools agree on this.
Explanation
The Prophet ﷺ cursed men who imitate women, and bangles and bracelets are women's jewellery in almost every culture. The Hanafi scholars therefore limit men to one silver ring and nothing more; see can Muslim men wear jewellery. A steel kada is still a bangle, so the metal does not change the ruling.
The kada as a religious symbol. In Sikhism the kara (often called kada) is one of the five articles of faith that initiated Sikhs wear, and many Hindus in Punjab wear one for blessing or protection. The Prophet said that whoever imitates a people is one of them, and the Hanafi scholars apply this most strictly to religious symbols. So a Muslim man should not wear a kada even as fashion, and certainly not believing it brings protection; see imitating non-Muslims.
Cultural pressure. In parts of South Asia, and among friends in the UK, Canada and the US, Muslim boys sometimes wear a kada to fit in. Explain kindly that your faith limits men's jewellery. If you already wear one, take it off; no other expiation is needed.
What is fine. A watch on a steel strap is a tool, not a bangle; see can Muslim men wear a watch. A medical alert band or fitness tracker is also fine. Women may wear bangles of gold, silver, glass and similar materials, but not a kada worn as a Sikh religious article. Copper bangles worn for health are covered in copper bracelets.
