Short answer
Yes, in Arabic. Allah is simply the Arabic word for God, and every Arabic Bible uses it, starting from the first verse of Genesis. It is related to the Hebrew Eloah and Elohim and the Aramaic Alaha used for God in the Bible. Muslims believe Allah is the God of Abraham, Moses and Jesus, though Muslim and Christian beliefs about Him differ.
Allah is the proper name of the one God. Muslims believe He is the same Creator whom Abraham, Moses and Jesus worshipped. The name is not limited to Muslims, but any belief that gives God a son or partner is rejected whatever word is used for Him.
The four schools agree on this.
Explanation
Open an Arabic Bible and the first line of Genesis reads: fi al-bad'i khalaqa Allahu al-samawati wa al-ard, "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth." Arab Christians and Arabic-speaking Jews have called God Allah for centuries, and Christians in the Middle East pray to Allah in church today. See what is the name of God in Islam.
The word belongs to the same Semitic family as the names for God in the original languages of the Bible: Eloah and Elohim in Hebrew, and Alaha in Aramaic, the language Jesus spoke. So when Muslims say Allah, they are using a word with deep roots in the scriptures of Jews and Christians, not a foreign name.
Is it the same God? The Quran tells Muslims to say to Jews and Christians: "Our God and your God is one." It describes the sons of Jacob promising to worship "the God of your fathers, Abraham and Ishmael and Isaac, one God." Muslims believe they worship the God of Abraham. The difference lies in what is believed about Him: Islam teaches He is one with no son and no Trinity. So Muslims say both faiths speak of the same Creator while holding different beliefs about Him. The evidence
Quran, Surah Al-Ankaboot 29:46
And do not argue with the People of the Scripture except in a way that is best, except for those who commit injustice among them, and say, "We believe in that which has been revealed to us and revealed to you. And our God and your God is one; and we are Muslims [in submission] to Him."
Muslims affirm they speak of the same Creator as the People of the Book.
Quran, Surah Al-Baqara 2:133
Or were you witnesses when death approached Jacob, when he said to his sons, "What will you worship after me?" They said, "We will worship your God and the God of your fathers, Abraham and Ishmael and Isaac - one God. And we are Muslims [in submission] to Him."
Allah is the God of Abraham and the prophets of Israel.
