Short answer
No. Hanafi scholars hold that a nikah between a human and a jinn is not valid, because Allah made our spouses "from yourselves" and the conditions of marriage cannot be met across the two creations. People who feel troubled by a so-called jinn spouse need ruqyah, the daily adhkar and often medical care, not marriage rulings.
Marriage between humans and jinn is not permitted. Later Hanafi works such as al-Fatawa al-Sirajiyya and Ibn Nujaym's al-Ashbah wa al-Naza'ir state this, reasoning that the Quran describes spouses as being from our own kind and that consent, witnesses, mahr and lineage cannot be established.
The four schools agree on this.
Explanation
Jinn are real, and the Quran says they were created to worship Allah like us. But Allah describes marriage as a bond with someone "from yourselves": "He created for you from yourselves mates that you may find tranquillity in them" (30:21), and the same wording appears in 16:72. The scholars take this as the boundary of marriage.
There are practical reasons too. A nikah needs identified partners, real consent, two witnesses who see and hear the parties, mahr and a home, and it creates rights of maintenance, custody and inheritance. None of this can be checked or carried out with an unseen being. That is why Hanafi works list it as not permitted, and many scholars of the other schools say the same or strongly discourage it. Claims that such marriages actually take place cannot be checked, and the Shariah does not build rulings on them.
When someone says a jinn has "married" them. People sometimes describe dreams, sleep paralysis or feelings of being touched at night, and are told by a so-called healer that a jinn spouse is the cause. Keep to the sunnah:
- Read the morning and evening adhkar, Ayat al-Kursi and the last two surahs before sleep.
- Seek ruqyah from the Quran and authentic duas, from someone trustworthy who takes no part in magic.
- See a doctor or therapist as well. Sleep and anxiety disorders are common and treatable. See mental illness and jinn.
- Never accept an amulet, a strange ritual, or a "marriage contract" offered by a healer.

The evidence
Quran, Surah Ar-Room 30:21
And of His signs is that He created for you from yourselves mates that you may find tranquillity in them; and He placed between you affection and mercy. Indeed in that are signs for a people who give thought.
Spouses are from our own kind.
Quran, Surah An-Nahl 16:72
And Allah has made for you from yourselves mates and has made for you from your mates sons and grandchildren and has provided for you from the good things. Then in falsehood do they believe and in the favor of Allah they disbelieve?
The same description of spouses.
